Accelerate UK was set up in 2006 to offer a range of Leadership, Team and Sales Development Programmes. Part of this offering was the “SOCIAL STYLE” Products developed by the TRACOM Group with over 40 years of research behind them as well as the more recent “Behavioural EQ” and “Adaptive Mindset” Profiles.
Now we are a Distributor for the TRACOM Group in the UK and parts of Europe where there is not a dedicated distributor yet and work closely with TRACOM in a number of ways – determined by what is best for the clients we work with.
TRACOM Products are available in Self Perception versions as well as Multi-Rater (often referred to as 360) versions. There is no certification needed to use the Self Perception Profiles however the Multi-Rater Profiles will need certification to run. This certification can be carried out in three ways
Karen is a Certified Social Style Instructor based in the South of England. As well as Social Style she specialises in the use of a number of Psychometrics including; Occupational Testing, Occupational Personality Questionnaire(OPQ 32) Motivation Questionnaire (M.Q) and the 360degree profile on Management Competencies by Saville and Holdsworth Ltd, also the MBTI step 1 & 2, Belbin, and Firo. B
Graham is a Master Certified Social Style Instructor based close to London. He works closely with TRACOM in Europe delivering Certification courses for a wide range of Social Style Products. He works closely with TRACOM as a European distributor of their Products and tools. As well as being qualified in all TRACOM Products and with the CIPD, Graham is also qualified to administer, MBTI 1 and 2, Belbin and Strength Deployment Inventory
